In-Camera Council Meeting

NOTICE OF IN-CAMERA COUNCIL MEETING
Pursuant to section 127 of the Community Charter, an In-Camera Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2017, to be held immediately following the Regular Council Meeting, in Council Chambers.
Please take note that the second item of business on the agenda will be a resolution to close this meeting to the public.
The purpose of the meeting is for Council to discuss matters pursuant to sections 90(1)(e) and 90(1)(k) of the Community Charter.
Section 90(1)(e) refers to the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.
Section 90(1)(k) refers to negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.
