Anmore residents are billed twice per year, in the spring and fall for utility services. Per Bylaw No. 559-2017 payments are due 30 days from date of invoice, and subject to a 10% penalty charge thereafter.

Water Use Charges: billed spring & fall
Water use fees are $2.99 cubic metre (2021 rate)
note: one cubic metre = 219.97 gallons of water.
Residents are responsible for all water use charges, even if a result of a leak, so check your water lines regularly.
Waste removal (garbage, recycling & organics): billed in the spring only
Waste removal fees are $302 per year (2021 rate) and secondary suite $604 per year (2021 rate)

How do I pay for my utility bill?

Under current health restrictions in effect until May 25, 2021, we recommend that you select payment options #1, #2, #4 or #5 noted in the document above. If your only option is to pay in person, you are required to submit a written request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and advise which of the three dates listed below that you would like to visit the village hall to make your utility bill payment with physical distancing measures in place. We will only be accepting cash/debit payments on these dates.
- Thursday, May 6 between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Thursday, May 13 between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Thursday, May 20 between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
