Anmore residents are billed twice per year, in the spring and fall for utility services.
Per Bylaw No. 559-2017 payments are due 30 days from date of invoice, and subject to a 10% penalty charge thereafter.
Your spring 2020 utility payments are due 90 days from the date of invoice due to the Covid-19 health crisis.

Water Use Charges: billed spring & fall
Water use fees are $2.92 cubic metre (2020 rate)
note: one cubic metre = 219.97 gallons of water.
Residents are responsible for all water use charges, even if a result of a leak, so check your water lines regularly.
Waste removal (garbage, recycling & organics): billed in the spring only
Waste removal fees are $296 per year (2020 rate) and secondary suite $592 per year (2020 rate)
