Property Tax Notices Have Been Mailed!

The 2025 Property Tax Notices have been mailed and payments are due by July 2, 2025. With a potential Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) strike, we encourage you to plan ahead by paying online through your bank, by credit card via OptionPay, or in person at Village Hall to avoid late penalties.

If your notice is delayed or not delivered, it is still your responsibility to contact the Village and ensure payment is made on time. Please be aware that late payments, including those due to postal delays, misdirected payments, or bank processing times, will still incur a 5% penalty.

Your tax notice includes an insert outlining how your tax dollars are allocated, how to apply for the Home Owner Grant, payment options, and a summary of the Village’s revenues and expenses. If eligible, apply for the grant at the Province of B.C. website here.
