Property Tax Payments Due July 2, 2025

June 26 2025

The 2025 Property Tax Notices have been sent, and payments are due by July 2, 2025.

Due to a potential Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) strike, mail delivery may be delayed. To avoid late penalties, we recommend planning ahead by paying online through your bank, using a credit card via OptionPay, or visiting Village Hall in person. Should your notice arrive later than expected or not at all, it is still your responsibility to contact the Village and ensure timely payment.

If you’re paying close to the deadline, we recommend paying in person at the Community Hub to avoid late penalties (we only accept cash, debit, or cheque at the front counter, no credit cards). Alternatively, you can use our 24 hour drop-box located at the front entrance of the Hub. Payments dropped off before midnight on July 2nd will be considered on time. Late payments, including those delayed by postal issues, misdirected payments, or bank processing times, will incur a 5% penalty. A further 5% penalty will apply to unpaid current taxes after September 30, 2025.

If eligible, we encourage you to claim your Home Owner Grant by following the instructions available here.
