Notice of Waiver of Public Hearing – Anmore Zoning Amendment Bylaw No.  718-2025

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 464(2) and 467 of the Local Government Act, that Anmore Municipal Council will consider waiving a Public Hearing for proposed Anmore Zoning Amendment Bylaw No.  718-2025 (the “Proposed Bylaw”) ; and further

NOTICE is hereby given that Council will consider first, second and third reading and adoption of Anmore Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 718-2025 in Council Chambers at the Anmore Community Hub, 2697 Sunnyside Road, Anmore on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, starting at 7:00 p.m.

PURPOSE: The Proposed Bylaw amends the existing Anmore Zoning Bylaw 568-2017 to include coach house as permitted use within Comprehensive Development Zone CD-6 Bella Terra and to align the minimum yard setback for coach houses within the CD-6 zone to match the setbacks for Principal Buildings. A copy of the bylaw is available for public inspection on the Village’s website at Official Notices – Anmore Village or in person at the Anmore Community Hub, 2697 Sunnyside Road, Anmore, BC from July 11, 2025 to July 22, 2025 during regular office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:00pm.
