Freedom of Information (FOI) Responses Now Available Online

The Village is now sharing Freedom of Information (FOI) responses that may be of interest to its residents. These responses are based on FOI requests that are submitted to the Village, and they will be posted on anmore.com to make them available to the broader community. This is consistent with what other local governments are doing to support transparency and an informed community.

The FOI response posted today is from a request for correspondence and information related to the work done to prepare for the Anmore South OCP Amendment Public Hearing. If you are interested in how the Village prepared for the Public Hearing, we encourage residents to review multiple samples of communication included in the report as this tells a broader story  than a single email. As an example, preparing notice materials in advance is standard practice, and the FOI report materials include emails advising the courier that the delivery of the notices may not be needed as it was pending a Council decision.
