Heat Warning in Effect

Environment and Climate Change Canada has issued Heat Warnings for much of B.C., including Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Temperatures in Anmore are expected to reach 31°C today.

Stay safe during extreme heat:

• Stay cool and hydrated.
• Check in on family, friends, and neighbours—especially older adults—to ensure they have access to cool spaces.
• If you live alone, consider arranging for someone to check in on you.
