Notice of Consideration – Zoning Bylaw Amendments for 230 Fern Dr. & 2420 Leggett Dr.

The Village of Anmore has issued Notices of Consideration for two proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments.

Council will consider Anmore Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 719-2025 (2420 Leggett Dr.) and Bylaw No. 724-2025 (230 Fern Dr.) for first, second and third readings on October 21, 2025 at 7 p.m. at the Anmore Community Hub. These proposed amendments would rezone the subject properties from Residential 1 (RS1) to Infill Development (INF).

As permitted under provincial legislation, no public hearing will be held for these bylaws.
