Utilities

Anmore residents are billed twice per year — once each in spring and fall — for utility services. Per Water Rates & Regulations Bylaw, payments are due 30 days from date of invoice, and subject to a 10% penalty charge per billing cycle thereafter.

Charges

  • Water user fees: $3.89 cubic metre (2026 year); billed spring and fall. Residents are responsible for all water use charges, even if a result of a leak, so check your water lines regularly. Learn more about our water services.

  • Waste removal fees (garbage, recycling & organics): $407 per year (2026 rate) and for a secondary suite (if eligible): $814 per year (2026 rate); billed in the spring only. Learn more about our waste removal program.

Notes about Utility Charges:

  • one cubic metre = 219.97 gallons/832.678 litres.
