Council Committees
Community residents volunteer their time to serve on our Council Committees.
These members are appointed for a two-year term and assist Mayor, Council and Municipal Staff with advising on specific issues important to the Village of Anmore. Committees are governed by our Council Committees’ Code of Conduct. The Council Committees’ Code of Conduct sets the standards for professionalism, ethics, and behaviour expected from all members, ensuring transparency and accountability in their work.
Committee Agendas and Minutes
Agendas and minutes for all committees, commissions, and boards can be viewed here.
Each committee focuses on a specific area of importance.
We currently have seven committees. Our volunteers bring a diverse range of skills and expertise to the table, contributing their time and knowledge for the betterment of the community. The two-year term ensures continuity and stability within the committees, allowing members to delve deep into issues at hand and provide valuable insights.
