Utility Charges
Anmore residents are billed twice per year, in the spring and fall for utility services. Per Bylaw No. 559-2017 payments are due 30 days from date of invoice, and subject to a 10% penalty charge per billing cycle thereafter.

Water Use Charges: billed spring & fall
Water user fees are $3.39 cubic metre (2024 rate)
note: one cubic metre = 219.97 gallons of water.
Residents are responsible for all water use charges, even if a result of a leak, so check your water lines regularly.
Waste removal (garbage, recycling & organics): billed in the spring only
Waste removal fees are $380 per year (2024 rate) and for a secondary suite (if eligible) are $760 per year (2024 rate)
