Taxes & Utilities
Your property tax and utility payments fund the operation of the Village. These pages have the information you need about your taxes and utilities in Anmore as well as payment options.
In this section:
Property taxes are billed once per year and are payable by property owners to the Village. Tax notices are distributed in late May/early June and are due at the beginning of July.
If you’ve moved, make sure your Village property records stay up to date. Address changes must be submitted directly to BC Assessment using their online form or by contacting them by phone or mail.
Anmore residents are billed twice per year — once each in spring and fall — for utility services. Payments are due 30 days from the date of invoice and subject to a penalty charge thereafter.
PAD is a pre-authorized payment program that provides Anmore taxpayers the option of making monthly payments toward the following year’s property taxes and future utility bills.
