Insurance coverage is required for any facility rental, regardless of whether it is a municipal or school district facility. Insurance protects the facility owner as well as the broader community. Under specific conditions, the Village’s liability insurer can provide coverage for some Anmore community groups — e.g., volunteers whose activities are under the direct supervision of the Village and groups that provide a service on behalf of the Village. Please review the Facility Rentals Policy for information on insurance requirements. For insurance requirements for Anmore Elementary School rentals, consult School District 43.
