Pre-authorized Debit (PAD)
PAD is a pre-authorized payment program that provides Anmore taxpayers the option of making monthly payments toward the following year’s property taxes and future utility bills.
The payment plan assists our property owners with budgeting by reducing the once-a-year larger payment of property taxes and twice-a-year utility bills to 10 smaller monthly contributions.
Interest is paid on the amounts held by the Village at prime minus 3%. Please note, if prime is 3% or less, no interest is paid.
How does PAD work?
The program begins with a single authorization:
STEP 1:
Complete the Pre-Authorized Debit Plan Application Form
STEP 2:
Attach a VOID personalized cheque
STEP 3:
Send the completed form with the VOID personalized cheque to Village Hall
(by mail or in person):
Attn: Finance Department
2697 Sunnyside Road
Anmore, B.C.

STEP 4:
On or before the due date of the taxation year, complete the Home Owner Grant application if eligible and remit any outstanding property tax owing to Village Hall.
