Bylaws: All bylaw complaints must be submitted via our official complaint form, found HERE. Bylaw can be contacted during regular shift (currently Thursday + Friday + Monday from 7:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday + Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) at 604-828-4987. Complaints received outside of these hours will not be responded to until the next shift. The Bylaw Department does not respond to text messages.
