Council was pleased to award this year’s $3,000 Dr. Hal Weinberg Scholarship to Robin and Billy in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements, community involvement, leadership, and future aspirations.

Through their volunteer service, dedication to learning, and commitment to making a positive impact in their communities, both recipients exemplify the spirit of this scholarship.
