Wildfire Update from Metro Vancouver: Fire Near Sugar Mountain Trail Now Under Control

Metro Vancouver has shared that the wildfire near Sugar Mountain Trail in təmtəmíxʷtən/Belcarra Regional Park is now considered under control.

Crews continue to maintain control lines, extinguish hotspots and monitor for residual heat. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
