🔥 UPDATE: Low Fire Danger Rating & Fire Ban Lifted

Please note that the Sasamat Fire Department has advised that the fire danger rating has moved to LOW. Effective immediately, all previous conditions related to the Fire Danger Rating have been rescinded, including the campfire ban. 

Campfires are now allowed within the Village of Anmore provided you have a valid permit and the fire is no bigger than 0.5 m × 0.5 m. Please remember when enjoying a campfire, smoke must vent vertically and only clean, dry firewood should be used. The burning of yard debris and construction debris is never permitted.
