Practice Your Earthquake Safety for ShakeOut BC on October 15, 2026

To help raise awareness and encourage participation, the Village of Anmore will send a test advisory through Alertable on Wednesday, October 14. This message will be clearly marked as an advisory message only and serves as a reminder about the ShakeOut BC earthquake preparedness exercise.

Alertable is the Village’s emergency notification system, used to share important information with residents during emergencies or situations that could affect public safety. Learn more at anmore.com/alertable.

During ShakeOut, you’re encouraged to Drop, Cover, and Hold On — wherever you are — to practice how to stay safe during an earthquake.
