Construction Timeline Update for Dr. Hal Weinberg Spirit Park & Ravenswood Drive (October 22, 2026)

Construction continues on the Dr. Hal Weinberg Spirit Park expansion and Ravenswood Drive road realignment. The partial Ravenwsood Drive road closure, which began October 1, will remain in place, with the current anticipated timeline extending to mid-December 2026. This timeline is subject to change as construction coordination and engineering requirements evolve.

An alternate route via Hemlock Drive is required for access from Ravenswood Drive. Temporary traffic delays, including brief stops and single-lane traffic, may also occur. Residents are asked to use caution near construction areas, follow posted signage and allow extra travel time. The park area remains fenced off during construction, but a pedestrian path is available from Ravenswood Drive through a designated area within the fencing.
