Water main shut down affects residents on Crystal Creek, Deerview and Westridge

UPDATE June 13, 2025: The water service repairs are complete, and the patching required on the sidewalk is scheduled for next week.

UPDATE: As of 4:50 p.m., water service has been restored while crews continue to work on repairing the damage.

Accidental damage to water service on Crystal Creek has resulted in the need to shut down the water main from 1497 Crystal Creek down to Bedwell Bay.

Village work crews have already arrived at the site to assess the damage and repair requirements, and additional contractors are en route to assist with repairs as quickly as possible.

As a result of this incident, the Crystal Creek, Deerview Lane and Westridge Lane properties are unfortunately temporarily without water service. We will provide an update on the status of the repairs as soon as we have more information.
