FortisBC Advises of Helicopters Activity in Area

Residents may notice increased helicopter activity over Anmore related to FortisBC’s Eagle Mountain – Woodfibre Gas Pipeline project.

Helijet has been contracted to provide air transportation for the project, with flights currently occurring daily in the morning and afternoon and expected to continue through October.

While this activity is not managed by the Village, all flights must comply with Transport Canada and NAV CANADA safety regulations.
