Upcoming: Two Public Hearings & Notice of Consideration – September 22, 2026, Regular Council Meeting

Anmore Municipal Council will consider three proposed bylaw amendments at its Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Community Hub, 2697 Sunnyside Road.

Council will hold Public Hearings for:
  • Anmore Official Community Plan Bylaw Amendment No. 722-2025 – Infill Development (First & Second Reading)
    • Proposes amendments to OCP Policy RLU-16 related to infill development and lot topography.
  • Anmore Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 745-2026
    • Proposes amendments to the Anmore Zoning Bylaw related to basement exemptions, building massing and building height.
Notice of Consideration – No Public Hearing
Council will consider first, second and third readings of:
  • Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 746-2026
    • The Proposed Bylaw would change the zoning for 2403 Sunnyside Road from Residential 1 – RS1 to Infill Development – INF. A Public Hearing will not be held for this bylaw.
