Notice of Presentation of Annual Report

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 99 of the Community Charter, the 2023 Annual Report will be presented during the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2024, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Anmore Community Hub, 2697 Sunnyside Road, Anmore, B.C.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the draft Annual Report will be available on the Village website https://anmore.com/village-hall/municipal-reports/ and for public viewing at the Village Front Desk located at 2697 Sunnyside Road, Anmore, from June 4, 2024 to June 18, 2024 during regular office hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All persons who deem themselves affected shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in person at the Regular Council meeting. Written comments or questions will also be considered if submitted in person, by mail, or by email to rhonda.schell@anmore.com. In order to afford Council time for consideration of submissions, please allow for delivery prior to 3 p.m. on June 18, 2024.
