NOTICE OF IN-CAMERA COUNCIL MEETING
Pursuant to section 127 of the Community Charter, an In-Camera Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 6, 2018, to be held immediately following the Regular Council Meeting in Council Chambers at Village Hall.
Please take note that the second item of business on the agenda will be a resolution to close this meeting to the public.
The purpose of the meeting is for Council to discuss matters pursuant to sections 90(1)(a), 90(1)(e) and 90(1)(l) of the Community Charter.
Section 90(1)(a) refers to personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality.
Section 90(1)(e) refers to the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.
Section 90(1)(l) refers to discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].
