Notice of In-Camera Council Meeting

NOTICE OF IN-CAMERA COUNCIL MEETING
Pursuant to section 127 of the Community Charter, an In-Camera Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2018 to be held immediately following the Regular Council Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Village Hall.
Please take note that the second item of business on the agenda is a resolution to close the meeting to the public.
The purpose of the meeting is for Council to discuss matters pursuant to sections 90(1)(b) and 90(1)(g) of the Community Charter.
Section 90(1)(b) refers to personal information about an identifiable individual who is being considered for a municipal award or honour, or who has offered to provide a gift to the municipality on condition of anonymity.
Section 90(1)(g) refers to litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality.
