Property tax payments are due by midnight on July 2, 2021. The average increase, this year is 2.94% (compared to 4.8% last year). -  Homeowner grant applications must now be sent to the provincial government at https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/taxes/property-taxes/annual-property-tax/home-owner-grant.
